I hereby Agree to the following terms of Mario’s Custom Limousine Service,

$250 Per hour
- Monday - Friday:
$150 Per hour
Saturday & Sunday:
$200 Per hour
Monday - Friday:
$100 Per hour
A non-refundable Deposit of $150.00 is required to Reserve a “Date & Time.”
I understand my remaining balance must be paid in full at least (7) days prior to the event date. My total balance will include the Deposit, Taxes, and chauffeur Tip. Service rendered outside of the Cincinnati Tri-State will include a $10 per mile travel-charge.
I understand that 'Service time' starts when the limousine Arrives at the Pick-up location, and ends upon Departure of the Drop-off location. Clients are responsible for providing accurate Pick-up times that will ensure timely Arrivals and Departures. If our schedule permits, we do allow customers to purchase additional 'Service time' during, or after the completion of their ride. Additional service time must be purchased ‘before’ service is rendered.
I understand that service hours are rendered consecutively, and continues without time stoppage until final 'Drop-off'. The chauffeur will wait wherever the client is located.
I understand that all Photos and Videos taken with Mario’s Custom Limousines are subject to marketing & advertising use.
No possession, sale, or consumption of any type of narcotic or illegal drug is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of all payments. I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle throughout the duration of service. This is including but not limited to: gum, wine & alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of wine or champagne bottle, champagne flutes, or interior lighting.
While we are happy to let you bring personal items, we do not take responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle after completion of the limousine rental period.
